Biology Major: Pre-Medical Professions Track

Within our biology major, we offer a pre-medical professions track designed for students aspiring to pursue professional schools in fields such as medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and veterinary medicine.

Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota provides a comprehensive biology major that examines our living world, covering subjects ranging from cellular and molecular biology to anatomy and physiology. Within this track, you’ll explore specialized courses required for the Medical College Admission Test, including psychology, physiology, biochemistry, and molecular biology. 

Our faculty in the biology department is dedicated to nurturing your academic and professional development, preparing you for post-baccalaureate pursuits across multiple disciplines.
